Arsenal FC players use the Theragun PRO massage gun, the Wave Roller vibrating foam roller, and the RecoveryAir PRO pneumatic compression boots to reach their ultimate athletic potential.
Competing in the Premier League, two domestic cups, and with the exception of this season, a European competition, the players and officials at Arsenal are always looking for ways to improve the recovery process and minimize the risk of injuries.

Here is how Arsenal FC players implement the Theragun PRO into their daily routine:
Warm-Up
To increase circulation and prepare the muscles for quick speed bursts and changes in direction, the players target their quads, hamstrings, and calves for about 15 seconds each.
Recovery
Using the Dampener attachment, the players then treat their feet, shins, calves, hamstrings, and quads for about 30 seconds each. With the Wedge attachment, they then sweep along both IT bands for another 30 seconds each.
Ailment
To quickly get rid of muscle cramps during an intensive match or exhausting training session, the players take advantage of the high amplitude of the Theragun PRO and give their calves or hamstrings a fast and effective deep muscle treatment.
