Miranda Kerr uses the Theragun PRO and Theragun mini massage guns to help her relax and recover from her busy life as a supermodel, mother of three boys, and the Founder and CEO of skincare label KORA Organics.
“I’m very much into taking care of myself. And I feel like when you do little things, it can make a big difference,” Kerr told Marie Claire. While she trusts her own products for her skincare routine, the percussive therapy devices created by Therabody are also an important part of her beauty ritual.
Originally a Christmas gift from her mother, Kerr now uses them daily. “I’ve got many Theraguns and I’m obsessed. They’ve been my lifesaver, especially while I’m not getting massages and whatnot at the moment,” the former Victoria’s Secret model said. “I do it everywhere all over my body, my neck, and my legs.”
Kerr uses both the powerful, but bigger Theragun PRO and the small and lightweight Theragun mini. The latter is especially suitable for a relaxing massage experience on the go and became one of the beauty products the 38-year-old can’t live without.
