The Booster M2 Massage Gun comes with a customized high-power brushless motor that allows for up to 3200 RPM. Choose between 4 standard modes, AI mode, and 3 automatic modes:

• Fade-In Vibration: Increases vibration intensity, ideal for muscle activation before exercising
• Wave Vibration: Variates between low and high intensity

Despite all that power, the Booster M2 can run for up to 5 hours and is fully charged after only 2 hours.

How to Use the Booster M2 Massage Gun

Before using the Booster M2, make sure to consult with your doctor and read the manual carefully.

Avoid using the device on the same muscles for too long and stop immediately if you feel unwell or are in pain. That said, you can try 3 rounds of the following routine:

• Shoulder: 15 – 20 seconds
• Chest: 30 seconds
• Back: 30 – 60 seconds
• Hips: 15 – 20 seconds
• Limbs: 20 – 30 seconds

Remember that everybody is different, so make sure to adapt this routine to your needs.
