How to Use the Booster Mini Massage Gun

Before using the Booster Mini, make sure to consult with your doctor and read the manual carefully.

Avoid using the device on the same muscles for too long and stop immediately if you feel unwell or are in pain. That said, you can try 3 rounds of the following routine:

• Shoulder: 15 – 20 seconds
• Chest: 30 seconds
• Back: 30 – 60 seconds
• Hips: 15 – 20 seconds
• Limbs: 20 – 30 seconds

Remember that everybody is different, so make sure to adapt this routine to your needs.
