What Massage Gun Does Anthony Joshua Use?

Anthony Joshua uses the Pulseroll and Pulseroll Mini massage guns as well as the brand’s Vibrating Foam Roller Pro to recover from his grueling training sessions. The NormaTec Pulse 2.0 compression boots by Hyperice are also part of his recovery routine.

“Of course, your muscles and body get pretty tired preparing for the next fight,” the two-time Heavyweight Champion of the World explained. Realizing the importance of recovery early on, Joshua implemented Pulseroll’s first vibrating foam roller in his training back in 2016.

“I’m a firm believer that recovery is key to maintaining performance. I use all the [Pulseroll] products regularly, but I don’t go anywhere without my mini gun, which is so easy to carry around and use wherever, whenever,” he added.

After seeing the positive effects Pulseroll devices had on his body, the Olympic Gold Medallist decided to make a financial commitment to the company in July 2021. “Joining the Pulseroll family as an investor and ambassador is just the start,” Joshua said about the partnership.

“I am looking forward to helping with the development of the next generation of recovery technologies. I’m always using the products even when I’m not training, so I know first-hand how they help me, day to day.”

Winning Joshua as a brand ambassador will help the Manchester, England-based company become a more household name outside the British borders. Currently, their devices are used by leading local sports teams such as British Rowing, British Gymnastics, and Norwich City FC.
