Weight & Dimensions
In the final round of this Theragun PRO 4th vs 5th generation comparison, we will have a quick look at the weight and dimensions of the two devices. Therabody managed to shave a tiny bit of weight from the new variant, in terms of size, however, both are identical.

Conclusion: Theragun PRO 4th vs 5th Generation
A high amplitude suitable for percussive therapy, a motor powerful enough even for the most demanding users, a wide range of speed settings and lots of routines available via the Therabody app – the Theragun PRO (5th Gen) has everything professional athletes and those looking to become one could ask for.
But comparing it to its predecessor, it becomes clear that so does the Theragun PRO (4th Gen). In fact, if you are a physical therapist or want to share the device with your teammates, you are better off with the older version and its two batteries, instead of buying an additional one for the already more expensive newer model.
The lower noise level and improved OLED display of the fifth generation Theragun PRO are certainly nice to have. But if your choice is between these two models, there is no doubt that the now attractively priced Theragun PRO of the fourth generation is better value for the money.
